First of all, the founders of multispecies ethnography are inspired by Western philosophers. In this article, I endeavour to show how I try to find answers to some of the methodological complexities of adjusting conventional human-centred fieldwork approaches in organisational ethnography towards a multi-species ethnography (i.e. including non-human animals as sense making actors and agents alongside humans in organisations, cf. Hamilton and Taylor, 2012, 2017; Locke, 2017).
